We’re excited to welcome you and your kids to our indoor interactive playground. To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, we kindly ask you to carefully read and comply with the following safety guidelines.

Age Limits: EdVentura is specifically designed for children aged 5 to 11. Please make sure your child fits within this age range.

Supervision: Our staff is here to facilitate activities and ensure overall safety. However, we are not responsible for individual supervision of children.

Footwear and Clothing: Children must wear appropriate footwear, such as sneakers or comfortable shoes, inside the playground. Additionally, children should wear comfortable clothing to allow free movement and prevent injuries.

Health and Hygiene: If your child is feeling unwell, please do not bring them to EdVentura.

Food and Beverages: Food and beverages are only allowed in designated areas. Please ensure your children do not bring food or beverages into the playcentre to prevent choking or vomiting.

Use of Equipment:  Children must use the equipment as intended and follow the instructions of the staff. Violent play, climbing outside designated areas, or using the equipment improperly is prohibited.

Personal Belongings: Please ensure your children do not bring sharp or blunt objects, toys, or other personal items into the playground. Label your child’s personal items.

Respect for Others: Bullying, aggressive behaviour, and inappropriate language are not tolerated. Children should play respectfully and share the equipment.

First Aid:  Our staff is properly trained in pediatric first aid. A first aid kit is always available. Minor injuries will be treated on-site. In case of a serious injury, we will call the emergency number 112 and alert the child’s guardian.

Fire Safety:  Our staff is properly trained in fire procedures. Please follow their instructions for evacuation. Emergency exits are clearly marked. Do not obstruct exits or pathways.

Cleaning and Disinfection: The playground is regularly cleaned. Areas are disinfected, and high-contact equipment is frequently sanitized throughout the day. Periodically, the premises are sanitized to the highest quality standards, including advanced sanitization to eliminate biological contaminants and volatile
organic substances.
